In the past week, the King and the Queen of Jordan visited Spain. The media was focused the Queens´s dress (Letizia and Rania).Letizia and Rania are two similar women. They were two professional women when they got married with two princes.

Rania Al-Yassin was born into a Palestinian family in Kuwait in 1970. She studied in the American University in Cairo and She graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1990. She worked for Citigroup and Apple in Amman. In 1993 Rania met Prince Abdullah and in June they married ( Prince Abdullah wasn´t crowned Prince until a few months before King Hussein, his father, died in 1999). Her wedding dress wasn´t one of her best outfits. This dress was designed by the British Bruce Oldfield. On 7 February 1999 Prince Adbullah assumed his constitutional powers as monarch. Rania was crowned queen by her husband on 22 March 1999. She wasn´t queen at the same time her husband assumed power as monarch. Then she was consort princess as her mother in law, Princess Muna with King Hussein ( Princess Muna was never Queen of Jordan).

Rania changed her physical appearance since she married with thenPrince Adbullah. She underwent a number of cosmetic operations and she started to dress with international designer- label clothes, She loves Givenchy. Rania also started to travel to the USA and Europe as Queen of Jordan and she could take the place of Queen Noor ( the last wife of her father in law, king Hussein). The media fell in love with her. Queen Rania is one of the women with more followers in the world. Her style is emulated by millions of women in the world. She knows this and she has an acccount in the social media where she upload personal photos and makes comments about her family life. The Royal couple has four children ( Crown Prince Hussein, Princess Iman, Princess Salma and Prince Hashem) . She is usually invited to important international events. Of course, inside her country she developes a social labour with some social foundations and she likes to say she works in favour of the carrys out jordan´s women right.

Letizia Ortiz Rocasolano was born into a middle-class family in Oviedo(Spain) in 1972. She has a BA in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. She worked in journalism for some media and when she met Crown Prince of Spain, She was working for the public television of Spain. In 1999 she contracted civil marriage with her teacher and divorced a year later. In 2002 she met Crown Prince of Spain,when she Worked for the public television of Spain, RTVE, and in 2004 they married in Madrid. They have two daugthers ( Crown Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía). In june 2014 her husband, the Crown Prince Felipe was crowned as king of Spain ( after his father, the King Juan Carlos laid down the crown). Then Letizia became in Queen consort of Spain

After her marriage she becomes Princess OF Asturias as consort of Crown Prince of Spain. Letizia like Rania changed her physical appearance since her marriage. She has had a number of cosmetic operations. Her dress style has had some change but she is still follow the designer who started to dress her when she become Princess of Asturias, a Spanish not very well know Spanish designer, Felipe Varela. The day of her second and most important wedding, she was dressed by Manuel Pertegaz and in her first important international event when she still was Prince Felipe´s bride, in the wedding of Frederick and Mary of Denmark, Letizia was dressed by Lorenzo Caprile. But after this in such all the events, she is dressed by Felipe Varela, some time she can wear clothes from other designer such as Hugo Boss, CH or even low cost fashion like Zara or Mango but for important events Felipe Varela always. Letizia hasn´t got the felling with the media that Rania has got. Letizia hates looking at what she calls“her private life” in the media.

International and national medias use to compare Letizia and Rania, their style is very similar and their cosmetic operations make them look very similar. But Letizia hasn´t got a particular activity in social international events, she doesn´t like this. She prefers going to professional events. She doesn´t look very comfortable when she is in social events, where Rania is the Queen.
